Nemat Engineering Private Limited (Formerly known as Nemat Traders) was established in the year 1976 with Shk. Abbas F Ragib as the Managing Director - doing trading business.

As traders, our initial supply was to Southern Railway. Since then, we have participated in various Railway projects including Gauge Conversion works. Our association with Railways dates back to 1976 - the year of establishment - a rich experience of over 3 decades.

Since 1993, when Railway discontinued maintaining Private Sidings, we stepped in to supply Railway Track Fittings to various State and Government Departments and various Multi-nationals throughout Southern India.

• We are an authorized distributor of M/s Apollo Seals - an ISO Certified Company - for all rubber moulded and extruded products.
• We are an ISO 9001-2008 Company following strict quality policies and procedures.
• We also have a branch unit by the name of M/s Qualitech Industries at Howrah, West Bengal, manufacturing some of the products not dealt by us in    Chennai. This unit is managed by Mr. Abbas’s brother Mr. Idris an IIT technocrat.
